1. As a Senior Leader it is essential that I continue to refine and develop a successful leadership style. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to serve numerous exceptional leaders off and on throughout my career. I have taken the opportunity to capture admirable traits from all of these leaders. I have used these traits to mold my leadership philosophy.
